The prophet is a ministry from God to the people, the ministry of a priest is a ministry from the people to God.

A priest (of God) creates an atmosphere for the people to access God and have communion with him. It is his responsibility to teach the people the requirements for accessing God.

A priest was expected to be knowledgeable while a prophet was expected to have a sensitive ear (to the voice of God)

Exodus 19:6, Revelation 1:6

One of the responsibilities of a priest is to offer acceptable sacrifice on the altar.

Sacrifice is the voice an power of an altar; an altar without any sacrifice on it is powerless.

Altars don’t carry the same power even in cases where they perform similar responsibilities, because the sacrifices placed on them are different.

Leviticus 6:12

The first sacrifice required on any altar is the sacrifice of the priest of that altar.

If a wicked altar is more powerful than an altar of God it is because of the laziness of its priest, and all the destinies attached to that altar are in jeopardy.

Every home has a priest and a priestess. However, most priests and priestesses in many homes are sleeping.

As a priest responsible for an altar, the first thing you do when you wake up cannot be checking your social media feeds! That’s irresponsibility.

A family altar is an altar a family has erected in their home in honour of God or a demon.

A godly family altar draws its power from the altar of the church where the family are active members.

When satan wants to tamper with the  destiny of a person he will first kill the prayer life of that person.

Spirits determine what sacrifice should be put on an altar.

If you want to live a casual christian life you will not fulfill God’s plan for your life.

The size of a town does not determine the size of an altar.

When you repair the altar of God in your life, you activate the ministry of angels.

Humans have always had a problem with familiarity. 

When familiarity creeps into a person, they no longer fulfil their responsibilities towards God.

Deuteronomy 11:1

Satan takes advantage of people who are not grateful.

As the year draws to a close, it’s a common thing to want to complain and murmur because according to you, you have not achieved all the goals that you had set out at the beginning of the year.

Instead of complaining, sit down and look at what God has done for you from January to date.

Luke 17:12-19, Deuteronomy 23:3-6

To end well requires you to take stock of what God has done for you throughout the year.

It is a common thing for people to forget those that helped them.

Even if you have not achieved all your goals for the year, the fact that you are still alive is reason enough to be thankful to God because He still has plans for you.

When our eyes are fixed on what has not yet happened we are blinded from seeing what has already been done.

Murmuring and complaining is an incurable disease for many christians.

There may be certain things you want to receive right now that will not appear at the time that you want them to. God will allow you to go through a ‘wilderness’ experience to prepare you to handle certain things.

The anointing attracts, and unfortunately it attracts everything (even negative things), that is why it is important to go through a ‘wilderness’ experience so that you do not abuse the anointing.

The anointing should be used with constraints, you cannot do anything you wish simply because you are anointed.

Matthew 4:1-6, 11:3, Jeremiah 30:19, Psalm 84:10

Even if thieves broke into your house and made away with all your possessions, you would still have reason to thank God for keeping you alive.

Thanksgiving leads to multiplication.

Thanking God for what you have and for what you are is the guarantee you have for tomorrow (deliberate thanksgiving guarantees tomorrow).

See God in the little things that are working around your life.

Giving thanks attracts God to where you are, while complaining blinds you to the attacks of the enemy.

Only thinkers thank God.

2 Samuel 7:10

It is natural to complain but it is supernatural to give thanks.

Be grateful for the little things that people do for you.

Create deliberate platforms of thanksgiving.

God does not take kindly to murmuring and complaining, He punishes it.

The reason why God has raised us in families and communities is so we can easily access the help we need from each other.

Genesis 2:18

Without help destinies are at risk of not being fulfilled.

When God shows you the purpose for your life, He also has to provide the help you need to fulfill that purpose.

Help comes in two ways: help from God and help from human beings.

Help from God is superior to help from man, if God does not help you it may be difficult even for people to help you.

1 Chronicles 12:18,21-22

Until God helps you, nobody will help you. He moves people to help you by His spirit.

Don’t try to lobby your destiny helpers into helping you, it might not work.

Wherever you see an altar, there is a throne/gate attached to it. There is a relationship between the throne, a gate, and an altar.

Furthermore, there is a working system that connects the inhabitants of the land where the altar is to the altar. This working system is called a covenant.

Before the fall of man, there was no need for a covenant because man had a direct connection to God.

After the fall of man, two systems were in operation: God’s system and satan’s system.

A person who thinks they are free to do whatever they like is under the system of satan.

What will keep you in the environment God has placed you in, is honor for the system of restraints which God has placed in that environment.

Your ability to abide by the restraints God places in a particular environment where he places you is what gives you power.

Rearing an altar is how we give spirits permission to interact with us.

An altar is a place of exchange. Even destinies can be exchanged or diverted on an altar.

The power God gives us is authority (exousia), if He gives us dunamis that would make us all-powerful and we would no longer need Him.

Luke 24:49

When you fellowship at the altar,  a certain level of dunamis is given unto you to create changes by spirits, and the spirit that gives you that power (dunamis) comes to sit on you as a confirmation of the covenant between you and the spirit.

When the spirit of the altar sits on you, it seals you.

In the diabolical world, it is the responsibility of the spirits to monitor you and make sure that you fulfill all the requirements stipulated in the covenant made between you and the spirits.

Demons can enter a child in two ways:

    a.When a child is born, and the umbilical cord is disposed of according to instructions issued by a demon, the spirits then have a legal entry point into the life of that child.

   b.When a child is dedicated, that is also an entry point for the demon to come upon and seal the child. From that point onwards the demon monitors the child and ensures the terms of the agreement are fulfilled in the life of the child.

   c. Through initiation of any kind

A demon has a legal right to monitor someone that is in a covenant with them.

An altar is serviced by your service, sacrifice, praises and thanksgiving. It is not a one-off thing, you have to keep on doing it.

James 4:7, Genesis 17:10-11

Dedicating a baby to God is reconfiguring the destiny of a child to go in the direction that the Lord desires for that child and not according to the plans of satan for that child.

The covenant of God has its own tokens too: the blood of Jesus, water baptism, baptism in the Holy Ghost, and anointing with anointed materials such as oil and water.

Using anointed materials without an active altar of God in your life will not yield any results.

Hebrews 9:11-18

Attending church services does not scare the devil at all.

Whatever stops your tithe from going to church has allowed satan to come into your life.

Any activation of the covenant involves death.

The Holy Spirit also wants to monitor you in the same way that demons do.

The power of the altar lies in consistency.

If an active altar somewhere still has a claim over your life, you can not serve the altar of God wholeheartedly.

The names of people dedicated to a particular altar are registered at that altar.

Your security lies in your permanent alignment to the altar of God.

Ask yourself these questions: Does God know you? Where is your name registered? Where are you dedicated? Who do you live for?

When you repeatedly fail to serve God wholeheartedly, it is a clear sign that there is another altar fighting your dedication to the altar of God.

Being a prophet is not by title but rather by function.

Prophets are God’s agents of a) rescue b) supernatural breakthroughs c) acceleration

There are embargoes the devil places on people in life.

Luke 7:16

What you are looking for may not necessarily be in heaven but God has placed it in a human being here on earth.

What is the purpose of prophets in our lives?

1.They help to guide us in the way that we should go (Numbers 11:17)

   A prophet bears the burdens of the people that God sets them over, by the help of the spirit.

2.They protect, defend and cover us

3.They release grace for the spirit of accomplishment (Ezra 5:1-2, Matthew 10:41)

   The grace to release speed and boost our results is with them.   

   Your number one helper here on earth is your prophet but you’ll have to battle to relate with them.

How do I access the grace that is carried by a prophet?

1.Have a craving, a strong desire for what they carry

2.Humility

   Don’t try to stand on your own, ask for help.

3. Openly identify with your prophet

   If you cannot openly identify with your prophet, you will not openly manifest the grace that he or she carries.

4.Have absolute faith in the person and ministry of your prophet (2 Chronicles 20:20)

5.Your soul must be connected to your prophet

   This is what makes things flow. You need to have a soul tie with your prophet.

   It is God that makes the soul-tie between you and your prophet so you cannot pretend to be connected.

   When you truly have honor for your prophet it will show, not just to you but even to others

6.Honor them and serve them (2 Kings 3:11)

   Service is the easiest way to tap into an anointing. The anointing that you serve is the anointing that easily works for you.

   Some people disconnect themselves from a prophet as soon as they receive a miracle. The devil that was defeated for you to get that miracle has not been killed but only defeated.

   The prophet has a higher grace than you.

6. Empowers you to access realms of divine guidance and his leading through God’s voice (Genesis 26:1-3, 31:3, 12:1)

   Because you are guided, you avoid common human mistakes.

7. Empowers its carrier for wealth (Proverbs 10:22, Genesis 13:2)

   The blessing magnetises wealth and  it gives you the supernatural flavor that attracts favor, and favor is an important ingredient in wealth creation.

   If you don’t know how to meet your helper that’s been designated to take you to the next level, you will leave them disappointed.

   Adapt and adjust yourself to what is required when you go to meet your helpers.

8. Accelerates the life and destiny of the blessed

How do I provoke the blessing?

1. A consecrated lifestyle is key (the fear of God)

   Job 1:1, 29:4, Proverbs 1:7, Job 22:23-25, Psalm 25:12-14, Ecclesiastes 7:12, Deuteronomy 8:12, Psalm 1:1-3, 92:12-15

   Nothing manufactures wealth like wisdom but wisdom is rooted in the fear of the Lord.

   Sin takes you out of the blessing while righteousness puts you in the blessing.

2.Be kingdom minded and dedicated to God’s service

   Deuteronomy 28,Proverbs 23:26, Psalm 51:16-18

   Prioritise love for God and his kingdom from your heart.

   Be addicted to the things of God.

3. Have faith in God and release it

   Hebrews 11:6, Galatians 3:9, Luke 1:45

   Believe what God says concerning the blessing (Hebrews 11:6).

   Act according to what you believe (1 Samuel 2 :3)

   Speak in line with what you believe (2 Corinthians 4:13)

   Obey God (Job 36 11,  1 Samuel 15:22)

4.Honor

Honor for God (Malachi 1:6)

   Honor is the secret of longevity while dishonor is the seed for exit.

   You won’t stay long in a place that honor has brought you into if you have dishonor.

   Honor will give you access.

   When you lose honor an anointed mantle becomes useless.

   When you lose honor you have lost favor.

   Paying our tithes is one of the ways in which we show honor for God. (Malachi 3:10)

Honor for parents

   Hebrews 7:7, Genesis 9:23,  Deuteronomy 5:16

   God has put part of his ability to bless in the mouths of parents.

   When you lose favor with your parents you will lose favor everywhere else.

Honor for God’s servants

   Ezekiel 44:30, Numbers 6:23, Matthew 10:41, 2 Kings 4:1

   Desist from speaking ill of God’s servants, God will not allow you to lay  a finger on them.

   God has put part of his ability to bless in the mouths of his servants.

   Prophets carry rewards.

5.Giving

   This includes regular offerings, giving to the poor and every other kind of giving.

   Give to issues that promote the kingdom.

   There are many opportunities to activate the blessing that might be disguised as needs to be addressed.

6.Sacrifice 

   2 Samuel 21:1-4, 24:24,  Genesis 8:20-22, Psalm 126:4-6

   Sacrifice terminates curses and causes the blessing to rest.

Matthew 24:46, Luke 16:10, Hebrews 11:6

exetel: to investigate, to seek after, carefully, earnest effort, attentively

Diligence: a persevering determination to perform a task, the exercise of paying proper attention , carefulness , creative persistence and determination in any task or endeavor to achieve a determined goal.

Opposite of diligence is sloppiness, carelessness, negligence, laziness.

There is consistency, determination and continuity in diligence.

Diligence is an important requirement for any type of success, it is impossible to succeed without it.

In what areas is diligence required of us?

1. In the study and following of God’s word (Joshua 1:8)

   Diligent attention should be applied to the word of God.

   a. In studying (2 Timothy 2:15)

   b. In obeying God’s word (2 Peter 3:14)

   c. Meditation (Joshua 1:8)

   d. Guarding our hearts (Proverbs 4:23, Hebrews 12:15, Proverbs 23:1-3)

   e.In building our faith (Deuteronomy 4:9, 2 Peter 1:5)

   f.In teaching the word (Jeremiah 12:16)

2. In seeking God in prayer (Deuteronomy 4:29, Hebrews 11:6,Luke 18:1, 1 Thessalonians 5:17)

   To pray irregularly won’t help you. 

3. In your assignment (2 Peter 1:10-11, Ecclesiastes 9:10 Proverbs 12:24,13:4, 10:4, 21:5, 12:27)

   The type of work you do doesn’t matter but it is how diligent you are in it.

4. In kingdom service (Proverbs 27:23, Romans 12:11, Hebrews 6:11)

   There is no reward in not doing something up to the end.

   Some breakthroughs are waiting for a character reformation on your end.

5. In givings (Proverbs  11:27, Galatians 6:9, Hebrews 6:10-12)

   It is only tireless giving that profits.

6. In pursuit of mentorship and spiritual impartation (Elijah and Elisha in 2 Kings 2)

7. In fellowship with God and the saints (Hebrews 10:24-25)

What are the rewards of diligence?

1.Fulfilment Proverbs (13:4)

2. Resourcefulness and creativity (Proverbs 21:5, 12:27)

   You can not be creative without diligence

3. Favor (Proverbs 22:29, 11:27)

4. Honor (Proverbs 22:29)

5. Authority (Proverbs 11:24)

6.Abundance (Proverbs 10:4)

   The kind of work you do is not what will make you prosper.

THE POWER OF PREVAILING PRAYER

A prevailing  prayer is a prayer that generates answers that overshadow the problems that existed before it was offered. It is  a prayer that conquers, overcomes and delivers answers.

Prayer has so much power which many children of God have not harnessed.

There is too much theoretical knowledge about prayer but very little practice of it.

Christians have had problems because they lack knowledge.

Characteristics of a prevailing prayer

1.It must be born out of a strong desire (Proverbs 18:1, Mark 11:24)

   This desire should have been motivated by the promises of God’s word.

   A strong desire that turns into desperation to meet God.

   Don’t pray until you have a strong desire towards God.

2. It must be faith-filled (Matthew 21:21- 22)

   To pray without faith is a waste of time.

3.It must be specific (Mark 11:23-24, Philippians 4:6)

   Don’t generalize things, be specific

   Not being specific in prayer is similar to playing football without goal posts.

4.It must have a right motive (1 Kings 18:19, John 3:16)

   Our prayers must be rooted in the right motive.

5.Persistence and perseverance (Luke 18:1)

6.Pray fervently (James 5:16-17)

What are some of the effects of a word based, fervent, prevailing prayer?

1.Enhances spirituality (a God consciousness) and fellowship with God (John 4: 24)

   Carnality is traceable to prayerlessness and lack of word content.

   Carnality leads to death (Romans 8:6)

      How does prayer enhance our fellowship with God.

      a) leads us to brokenness of heart which is nearness to God (Isaiah 57:15, 1 Corinthians 6:17)

       Your spirit gets joined to God in prayer and there is a seamless flow.

      b) access to the voice of God (Acts 10:9)

2.Facilitates fulfilment of prophecies into tangible realities (1 Timothy 1:18)

   God may give you a prophecy but it will require prayer in order for it to become a reality.

   In prayer your limitations are exchanged with God’s unlimited strength.

   Only the humble need God and express their needs to him through prayer.

   Whatever prayer can not do, much prayer can do.

3.Facilitates divine preservation and exemption

      How is this accomplished?

       a.by building a hedge (Ezekiel 22:30, )

       b.Prayer mobilizes angelic covering and activities that lead to protection (Psalm 103:20)

        When you give voice to the word in prayer, you mobilize angels.

4.brings about breakthroughs

      a.by divine intervention (Revelation 5:8)

      b. by overturning enemy embargos and sieges (Matthew 17:21,Ezekiel 21:27

      c.reversal of unpleasant decrees (Isaiah 38:2,5)

5.prayer facilitates the superimposition of blessings over curses leading to a fulfilled life

   1 Chronicles 4:9-10, Galatians 3:9, Genesis 32:24-28

6.Facilitates the acquisition of grace needed in every area of our lives (Hebrews 4:16)

7.Facilitates possession of our desired inheritance from God (Luke 18:1-8)

8.Prayer is a powerful form of kingdom service which births God’s purposes into manifestation (Daniel 6:10, 16, Luke 2:36-37)

   Prayer is service to God.

9.transformation (Luke 9:29)

10.Healing of broken nations and people

11.Facilitates termination of captivity (Psalm 126:1,4)

12.Platform for accessing divine wisdom (James 1:5, Proverbs 2:6)

God stays in an environment where He is celebrated and not tolerated.

Your hunger and desperation to meet God is what will take you to the place where you can meet Him.

Challenge God to fulfil His word in this special month of the 30th anniversary of the Healing and Prosperity Mandate.

Many people have missed the power of the night.

The person that controls the night will control the happenings during the day, because they took control during the night.

It was in the night that God decided to rescue the children of Israel from Egypt and it is at night when He told them to collect articles of gold and silver from the Egyptians.

Power changes hands at night.

If you are not in charge of the night, those that are in charge of the night will decide what happens to you during the day.

Don’t allow anyone else to have charge over the night of your life, be in charge of both the day and the night.

God did not give dominion to man’s body but to his spirit.

When your spirit is in charge it does not matter whether your body is asleep or not, you will be in charge of affairs.

1 Samuel 30:1-8, Romans 8:14

There is no true recovery which will take place in which God is not involved by telling you what to do.

Hearing God is not a privilege for pastors only, every child of God must hear God.

Ability to hear God will place you far above your peers.

If you don’t hear God you will make mistakes, some mistakes are fatal; they lead to death.

Do all you can to hear God. God wants you to hear and depend on Him.

Ambitions are for those who are not born again, a child of God should not have ambitions of their own because what matters to them is what God is saying.

John 5:19, 30, Hebrews 11:19

God considers it as pride when we do not consult Him.

To be led by God requires humility and being yielded.

It is dangerous to lead yourself (Proverbs 16:25).

To hear God is a great empowerment.

Ezekiel 21: 27, Luke 11:21, Isaiah 45:1-2

Psalm 47:7, 1 Chronicles 16:4-8, Lamentations 3:22

Our thanksgiving should be comprised of the things God has done.

Mercy is the triumph that we need over judgement of our enemies.

Luke 7:13, Hebrews 4:16, 2 Chronicles 20:21, Romans 5:17

Without mercy you cannot access the grace of God, neither can you qualify to meet God.

People with a revelation of mercy have cheap victories in life and destiny.

What does thanksgiving do?

1.Establishes the goodness of God and connects you to good things (Psalm 92:1-2,34:10)

   Murmuring will cause the little you have to dry up 

2.Prepares a platform for answered prayer (Philippians 4:6-7 , Psalm 50:14, Lamentations 3:22-23)

3.Protects what God has done (Malachi 2:1-2)

   Thanksgiving secures what God had done in your life and makes it permanent.

   If you don’t give thanks, even your blessing can turn to a curse.

4.It magnifies God (Psalm 69:30, 1 Samuel 17:34)

   If God is magnified the enemy’s minimised.

   If you want your problem to join the list of what God has done, magnify him with thanksgiving.

   Comparisons hinder quality thanksgiving and praise.

   Be careful with the sins of comparisons and competition.

5.It completes the blessing (Luke 17:11-17)

   Thank God for the requests He has answered and even the requests that haven’t yet been answered will be.

6.It’s a gateway to multiplication and glory ( Jeremiah 30:19, Psalm 67:6, Romans 8:29 )

7.It speeds up miracles (John 6:10-12)

8.Connects us to God’s mercies (Psalm 118:1, 106:1-2)

9.Cures every form of dryness (Isaiah 51:3)

10.Establishes thanksgiver into God’s presence (Psalm 95:2, 100:4)

What is the focus of thanksgiving?

1.What God has done in the past (Psalm 103:1-5)

2.The things God is doing now (Psalm 126:3)

3.The things God will do (Jeremiah 29:11, John 6:11,11:41)

4.What God has done in the lives of others
