THE BLESSEDNESS OF DIVINE GUIDANCE
Deut 32:9-15, 1 Cor 10:13
• It doesn’t matter where you are and what you are facing, if you can have direction you can get out of that situation.
• No matter what you are facing, there is always a way out.
• Don’t try to magnify your problem.
• Don’t try to say, “I have a special challenge.”
• Only one who has all knowledge can know the way out of any challenge and that is God.
• If you are facing problems and you are drifting away from God, you will have those problems for a long time.
• Wherever there is leading there is instruction.
• Because you can be led and instructed, you will be preserved.
• God is involved in wherever He is leading you.
• Nothing will crush you where God is leading you because that thing will have to crush God first.
• In our journey of destiny there are enemies and giants on the way.
• If we are not led, we will be crushed.
• A marriage that is from God can still crash along the way if God is not involved.
• Even what is of God needs security along the way.
• Divine guidance secures destiny.
• If things don’t seem to be working, it could be that there is an instruction that needs to come, so ask God. If the instruction has come but things still aren’t working, then you are not carrying it out.
• God didn’t wire us to be looking after ourselves, we were supposed to be dependent on Him.
• God doesn’t expect you to plan your life, your duty is to discover what his plan for your life is.
• Every man has divine ordination.
• When you are walking in divine ordination, things fall into place.
• You will have to fend for and defend yourself outside God’s plan.
• Make sure that what you are calling “my plan” is actually God’s plan.
• Don’t go anywhere God is not leading you to, that could be your burial place.
• The subject of divine guidance is least talked about in churches and that is why there is plenty of frustration.
• You that is meant to live long can die young outside God’s plan.
THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT DIVINE GUIDANCE
1. It secures and guarantees destiny (Rom 8:14, 29)
• There is no glory you will ever have if you don’t find out what was ordained for you.
• It’s not too late to know God’s direction for your life.
2. All God’s leading is forward, He doesn’t lead backward (Exo 15:13)
3. Following divine guidance is a choice (Deut 30:19)
4. Every step we take in life either takes us closer or farther from our destiny (Prov 3:5-8)
• We must ensure that we are making accurate decisions every day.
• Your feet are not supposed to be everywhere.
• There is a path you need to walk in, in order to fulfill your destiny.
• Everything goes wrong when you are outside God’s plan, including your health.
• With all that God promises, outside His plan those promises don’t work.
• No matter how fast you drive in a wrong direction, you won’t arrive.
• How many are on a wrong path?
• Waiting for your aircraft at any boarding gate is the best way to be left.
• Every decision we make is either making us or breaking us.
• Every step we take is either for our downfall or lifting.
• When God gives you a strategy about how to do things, it might not work for another person who tries to copy. These things are specific.
