⭕The way our bodies need food and water for strength, the spirit man also will not be strong without certain spiritual disciplines such as studying the word, prayer & fasting and fellowship with the Spirit.

⭕We need food for energy strength and defense, the absence of food can be fatal.

⭕Many Christians are careless, since they got born again, they have not been actively feeding their spirit, the end result is weakness.

⭕If that weakness is not dealt with, there can be no fulfilment of destiny.

When you don’t feed your spirit, you become weak.

⭕️When you are weak, you become vulnerable to the attacks of the devil.

Deuteronomy 8:1-3

⭕What food is to the body is what the word is to the spirit man.

⭕Everything that God commanded is meant to produce life.

⭕The word of God is always true. 2Cor 13:8

⭕The scriptures you obey are what will make your own life, not another man’s.

⭕God created the fish from the waters to live by the water and in the water. He created the human spirit from Himself, it therefore means that the human spirit needs what comes from God in order to survive.

⭕The human body was formed from the ground so it needs the products of the ground in order to survive.

⭕The human spirit can only live by what comes from God.

⭕️Only a person who is alive can acquire things.

⭕️If you despise what God is saying, one day you will regret.

⭕️God can never lie.

⭕️If you don’t eat and you collapse, it is not the doctor who has collapsed, it is you.

⭕️The human spirit can only live by what comes from God.

⭕️Make efforts to get something that will build your spiritual life.

⭕️You must treasure the wisdom of God more than gold & silver.

⭕️The way you take care of your body, is the same way you should be taking care of your spirit man.

Matthew 12:44

⭕️What you don’t know, you don’t know.

⭕️Your mind is the real person.

⭕️Empower your spirit man by feeding on the word of God.

⭕️If you don’t upgrade your mind, you will remain the same and at the bottom

⭕️Upgrade your mind.

⭕️Upgrade your mind in order to solve your current problems.

⭕If you don’t upgrade your mind, you are not upgrading anything in your life.

⭕We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we had when we created them.

⭕You have to upgrade your thinking if you are to defeat it.

⭕Your prayer and fasting devoid of the word of God does not scare the devil.

⭕️Great Grace Tabernacle is a place of spiritual upgrades.

⭕️As a man thicket in his heart, so is he.

⭕️The aim of prayer and fasting is to enhance the entrance of light.

⭕️The job of the man of God is to equip us for the work of ministry.

Deuteronomy 8:2

⭕️The size of your Covenant walk with God determines the size of your finances.

⭕️Your own covenant practice is for your own benefit.

⭕️The place you occupy in life and destiny is determined by the quality of the food you feed on.

⭕️Empowering your spirit man is your personal choice.

⭕️Our environment is the word of God just like the environment for fish is water.

⭕️Once you are in the Environment of the word, you become a commander.

⭕️Investing in your spiritual life is investing in your glorious Destiny

⭕️Man does not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.

⭕️The sickness that challenged you ten years ago, if you don’t upgrade your spirit man, it will defeat you again.

Deuteronomy 4:4-7

⭕️The word of God has the ability to keep a person alive.

⭕️If you don’t grow in knowledge, there are some things you will never experience.

⭕️You can only keep what you have understood

THE POWER OF MEDITATION

⭕️ Meditation is Thinking deeply over what God is saying.

⭕️The application of what you understand is called wisdom.

Deuteronomy 6:8

⭕️Every time the word of God is missing in your life, you venture in to gossip.

⭕️May your mind never be small.

⭕ Little minds discuss people.

⭕️Mind your own business.

⭕️I have never seen a gossiper with long life.

⭕️It matters where you have been, before you come to the battle front.

⭕It matters what you have been thinking and saying before you get to the battle front

⭕️There is meditation for focus,

⭕️There is meditation for understanding.

⭕️You can change the direction of your life by changing what you feed your mind with.

⭕️Change your diet if you want to change your life.

Romans 12:2

⭕️If nothing is changing in your mind, the status quo remains the same everywhere.

⭕️The Benefit of Spiritual EMPOWERMENT will be evident to you all X4
